Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Pier II Resort. Below are the hotel policies and procedures; please read them carefully. As our hotel guests, by reading and signing your hotel registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.


CHECK-IN

Check-in time is any time after 3PM (if available, but not guaranteed). If you arrive earlier, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with government issued identification. Pier II Resort will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, adjoining rooms, roll-away beds, refrigerators, crib) upon your arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel policies.


CHECK-OUT

Check-out is at 11AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 10AM on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.


CASH PAYMENT

If you choose to pay with cash, you will be required to pay the full amount of the room, including taxes and fees upfront. A $100.00 security deposit per night is required and will be returned to you on your departure date once verification of room condition has been made.


DEBIT CARDS

If you choose to use your debit card at check-in, Pier II Resort will place a hold on the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay through your departure date, as well as a $100 security deposit. Remaining funds due back to your debited account will be released upon check-out, which may take 4-15 business days to process. Additionally, your financial institution may have a contracted amount of time before the funds are released back to you, which can take up to 15 business day. (NO CASH REFUNDS)


CREDIT CARD POLICY

Pier II Resort accepts VISA and MASTERCARD. A hold may be placed on your card account (from your card issuer) for the full anticipated amount to be paid/owed to the hotel. Amount includes estimated incidentals and fees through your date of check-out. This hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out; or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.


RATE QUOTE AT CHECK-IN

At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date and length of stay. Rates quoted are based upon check-in rate and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. Totals listed are estimated based on current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not include additional fees/charges that my be incurred during your stay.


GUARANTEE POLICY

Generally, we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of reservations for which payment was guaranteed or for which a deposit has been sent must reach the Pier II Resort on the cancellation date indicated to avoid your credit card being charged or the forfeiture of your deposit.

Off Season:

Cancellations MUST be made by 4:00PM on the day of arrival, Monday – Thursday

24 HOUR notice Friday – Sunday.

During PEAK SEASON (January – March):

24 HOUR notice is required, Monday - Sunday.

Cancellation numbers are issued at the time of cancellation provided the reservation is cancelled by the date and time specified in your e-mail confirmation details. Please make a note of the cancellation number for your records in the event of questions regarding cancellation of guaranteed reservations.

A new deposit is required for revisions to reservations received after the cancellation refund due date. Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, or room type of this reservation is subject to the hotel’s availability at the time the charge is requested and may result in a possible rate change and/or service fee.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

 

SMOKING POLICY

Pier II Resort is a smoke-free facility. There is a $250 fee for smoking.

 

PET POLICY

We are a pet friendly Resort. We offer pet friendly rooms, so please notify us if you are traveling with a pet. There is a $20 non-refundable pet fee per night. If you fail to do so, we will charge a cleaning fee of $125 per night.


CHILDREN POLICY

Up to 2 children under the age of 17 stay free in the same room as parents or legal guardian. Maximum 4 adults per room.

10% per room per night
